A question I've been meaning to ask for a while: has the May Fair Bar got the most spectacular hotel bogs in London?
Exhibit one (above): sexy dark atmosphere.
Exhibit two: stone buddhas, holding incense sticks - incense sticks! - by the hand dryers.
Exhibit three: mints to take away. Not just any mints, either; nice mints. And no one you have to tip when you pick one up, either.
But it's really all about the incense-wafting buddhas.
These are the bar's toilets, but you can use them from the hotel, too - just walk down to the end of the bar, turn left, and go down the stairs. There's even a side entrance straight off the street that bypasses the bar - signed as the casino - though yesterday when I tried to get through there, it was locked.
